How can I become part of the platform producers?
In order to be part of the Producer directory, you must register on the platform and fill out the registration questionnaire for your seller profile, selecting one of the three categories of available producers.
Once the application is made, you will go through an evaluation process to confirm that your business matches the objective of this platform.
If everything is correct, your profile will be activated on the website and the options to upload your products and your sales channels will be activated in the My Profiles section.
Can I register more than one company or profile with my account?
Yes, you can register as many profiles or businesses as you want, as long as they correspond to the categories defined on the platform.
The process is very simple, after logging in with your user you can access the management panel of your profiles
and there you can request the activation of a new profile by clicking the New Profile button and completing the registration form.
Once your new profile is authorized, you can register your usual products and sales channels.
How many producer profiles, products and sales channels can I register?
There is no limitation on the number of products, sales channels or producer profiles you can register.
How can I delete one of my producer profiles?
It is very simple, by accessing the My Profiles section, after logging in, you can select the profile you want from the drop-down field with all registered profiles at the top right and when the profile is loaded you can press the Delete Profile button which is at the bottom of the page.
I have registered a profile, but it does not appear in the search engine and does not allow me to add products or sales channels.
Don´t worry, that´s because the profile is still pending authorization. Once it is approved, you will be able to see it from the search engine on the main page and you will be able to edit it and add products and sales channels from the My Profiles section.

What can I do to make my products easier to find from the search engine?
It is very simple, when you are registering a product or editing it, make sure that the name of the product is as descriptive as possible, that the description field has the most important information and in the labels section you must include as many keywords, separated by commas, or synonyms by which you think they can search for it.
